Bio

Dr. Matthew D. Kostoff received his Pharm.D. from the University of Toledo in 2011. Following his Pharm.D., he completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio and a PGY2 Ambulatory Care/Family Medicine residency at the University of Colorado in Denver, Colorado. After being on faculty at the University of Kansas for a few years following residency, Dr. Kostoff moved back home to Ohio to transition into the accountable care and population health setting. He currently practices within University Hospitals primary care and is leading efforts to provide telehealth clinical pharmacy services.
