Biography

As assistant dean, Dr. Kosiba provides leadership and expertise to ensure rigorous evaluation of the M.D. educational program, which involves oversight and evaluation of performance outcomes pertaining to the courses of the College of Medicine curriculum.

Dr. Kosiba joined the College of Medicine in 2021 as director of curriculum data. In this role, she oversaw the college and university needs for COM curriculum data and reporting, served as administrator for college software systems, and led process improvements to enhance the use of data to create an optimal learning environment for students.

Dr. Kosiba holds a Ph.D. in English, an M.Ed. in higher education administration and student affairs, and a certificate in institutional research and assessment from Kent State University.
