Revitalize Medical Group, a functional medicine practice in Fairlawn, Ohio, founded by Tara Scott, M.D. (’92), has been acquired by Forum Health, LLC, a national network of integrative and functional medicine providers. Dr. Scott is a clinical associate professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the medical director for Integrative Medicine at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio.

According to a press release, Dr. Scott’s practice “focuses on women’s health, treating hormonal imbalances, stress, thyroid issues, infertility, nutrition and more.”

Revitalize Medical Group is the first Forum Health location in Ohio.
