Thomas File Appears on COVID-19 Vaccination Panel

One of the experts for a recent multidisciplinary panel called “Vaccines, Public Health and Mandates: A multi-disciplinary approach” was Thomas File Jr., M.D., whose topic was “COVID-19 Vaccines: The tool to end the pandemic.”
Chair of the infectious disease division of Summa Health, Dr. File is a professor, master teacher and chair of the Northeast Ohio Medical University Department of Internal Medicine. He is the immediate past president of the Infectious Diseases Society of America.
The panel was presented Thursday, Oct. 7, by the Center for Conflict Management, the Department of Sociology and the EX[L] Center of the University of Akron, a NEOMED partner school.
