As the number of COVID-19 cases continue to rise in Ohio, Joseph Zarconi, M.D. (’81), the University’s medical director in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, recently offered Akron Beacon Journal readers guidance on popular summer activities.

The Northeast Ohio Medical University professor and chair of internal medicine discussed everything from amusement parks and public pools to youth sports and traveling via plane.
