Darcie Flower is the Senior Executive Director of Operations for the College of Medicine. Flower serves as a key member of the College’s leadership team and provides broad administrative oversight for the division, which includes but is not limited to finance, human resources, communication, procurement and contracts.

Prior to her role at NEOMED, Flower served as the Director of Physical Facilities Business Administration at The University of Akron and has nearly 20 years of experience in higher education.

Flower is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She has completed LeanOhio Bootcamp training, has a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt, and is currently working towards obtaining her green belt. She was a leadership fellow with NEOMED’s Fellowship in Academic Medicine program. Ms. Flower enjoys process improvement projects and has an eye for operational efficiency.
