Bio
Donovan joined the COP Office of Assessment in 2018. She received her B.F.A. in Digital Arts from Bowling Green State University and her M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University, as well as a certificate in Institutional Research and Assessment. Donovan is responsible for managing College’s competency-based learning system, through which she assesses and reports on student learning outcomes and maintains curricular maps, creating information graphics, and editing the office website. She also coordinates the Outcomes Assessment Committee.
