Two scholarship applications are now open to outstanding students who lead the way as community builders and inclusive leaders. Recipients will be announced at the Oct. 9 Multicultural Festival.
Deadline to submit all nominations is Wednesday, Sept. 25.
2024-25 Community Builder Award: recognizes a 2nd-4th year medicine, pharmacy or graduate student who has demonstrated a commitment to being open and sensitive to the unique needs and interests of all populations. The recipient of this award will receive $500 and a plaque sponsored by Inclusion & Engagement.
Self-nominations require the submission of a nomination from someone other than yourself. Please share this form with at least one additional person to complete your nomination for this award.

2024-25 Walgreen’s Pharmacy Inclusion Award Scholarship: recognizes a second, third- or fourth-year pharmacy student who demonstrates leadership, academic success and a commitment to advancing inclusion in the pharmacy profession, driving health equity and high-quality patient care in a community setting. The recipient will receive a financial award of $2500 sponsored by Walgreens and an award plaque.
Self-nominations are permitted. If you are self-nominating, you will not be asked to provide a recommendation at the end of this form. But in order for your self-nomination to be considered, someone other than yourself must submit a nomination using this same form. You can share the link with them.
