Master of Science/Residency Program in Health-System Pharmacy Administration
The Master of Science of Health-System Pharmacy Administration program at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) offers two tracks, both of which are designed for individuals who wish to build on their professional competence to develop administrative, financial and leadership skills related to health-system administration, which will enable them to manage complex health-system pharmacy departments at the institutional and department levels.
The Master of Science (M.S.) degree program is designed for experienced pharmacists who wish to build on or complement their management and leadership skill set.
The combined Master of Science degree/residency program is geared toward graduating pharmacy students or recent graduates. Residencies completed concurrently with the two-year M.S. degree program allow residents to immediately apply hands-on experience gained through clinical and administrative rotations and knowledge gained in the classroom to real-life professional, clinical and management situations.
