Need help with maintenance concerns, room setups or routine requests?

Just fill out our Online Work Request Form via the Dude Solutions/Asset Essentials website. The Office of Campus Operations receives requests Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and sends them to the appropriate staff within the Physical Plant.

Emergency request?

For emergency requests affecting life, health, or safety, please call the Office of Campus Operations at 330-325-6193 between 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

If it’s after hours, notify the NEOMED Police Department at 330-325-5911.

In either case, please provide us with specific details of the repair or concern, the exact location (building name and room number), and a contact person’s name and phone number.

About Campus Operations

Campus Operations is responsible for maintaining all aspects of campus buildings and physical infrastructure, including:

• Construction management

• Building alterations

• Repairs and renovations

• Building maintenance

• Grounds maintenance

• Custodial operations

• Shipping/receiving and mail

• Equipment and vehicle maintenance

• Energy and utility management

• We also provide Occupational Health and Safety Services to campus personnel.

Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to operating and maintaining over 783,772 square feet of educational, research, office, and retail space. We meticulously maintain just over 80 acres, while providing excellent customer service and workmanship in all that we do.
