Charlie and Kathy Cather visited southeast Michigan and met up with two graduates from the 2015 College of Pharmacy graduating class: Dr. Hassan Chami and Dr. Prashant Patel.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Chami has a very entrepreneurial spirit. He owns HealthPro Pharmacy, opened a restaurant (The Terry Melt) within the community and hosts a large Ramadan Celebration in the Dearborn\/Dearborn Heights area. Last year, the celebration raised enough money to send four individuals on a pilgrimage to Mecca. Dr. Chami also has a strong interest in assisting others in developing business opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Chami is training Dr. Patel to integrate his business model into the pharmacy that both him and Dr. Patel own, which is in California near the campus of UC Berkley.<br \/>\nBoth are doing well and very proud of the educational opportunities provided by NEOMED.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Drs.
