Insurance Benefits

NEOMED offers a comprehensive, flexible benefits program, enabling employees to tailor their benefits to best meet their personal insurance needs.

Eligibility for Insurance Programs

Full-time employees who work at least 40 hours per week are eligible for all insurance benefits. Employees who work an average of 30 hours per week are eligible for medical and prescription insurance.

Effective Date of Coverage

Insurance coverage is effective on the first day of employment.

Eligible employees may choose from two medical options through Mutual Health Services: Core Plan and Enhanced Plan.
