Eligibility for Insurance Programs
Full-time employees who work at least 40 hours per week are eligible for all insurance benefits. Employees who work an average of 30 hours per week are eligible for medical and prescription insurance.
Effective Date of Coverage
Insurance coverage is effective on the first day of employment.
Eligible employees may choose from two medical options through Mutual Health Services: Core Plan and Enhanced Plan.
NEOMED dental insurance is offered through Delta Dental Insurance Company.
NEOMED vision insurance is offered through Vision Service Plan (VSP).
NEOMED life insurance is offered through Securian Insurance
Short and long-term disability insurance provides income protection if you are unable to work for an extended period of time due to an illness or injury.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Two types of coverage are available – Un-reimbursed Medical and Dependent Child Care.
