  • Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree, or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
  • At least one year of practice experience in health-system pharmacy

The entire program may cost approximately $25,736 Ohio resident and $25,874 for non-resident depending on how many credit hours are taken (the HSPA program is 37 credit hours).
