Welcome to the Office of Faculty Enrichment & Engagement, where we support faculty in building rewarding careers. Whether you are tenured, on the tenure track, non-tenure track, or an affiliated faculty member, you are the face of the university to our students. As our faculty create and deliver the professional and graduate curricula, drive research and innovation, and serve as leaders in partnership and service in our university’s local, regional, and national work, we are here to support your professional development and contributions to NEOMED.

Navigating through the daily challenges at our institution can be difficult, and no one should have to figure it out all on their own. The Office of Faculty Enrichment & Engagement is focused on building supportive faculty partnerships, delivering meaningful programming, and initiating a model of mentoring, development, and engagement opportunities for faculty that are designed by faculty who are collaborating closely with the Office.
