Health & Wellness in Northeast Ohio
NEOMED is committed to being a community partner, and enhancing the overall health and wellness of Northeast Ohio.
Services and facilities on NEOMED’s campus give the community access to a fitness facility, primary care services, physical therapy, a pharmacy and a team-based philosophy that focuses on caring for the whole person, rather than simply the treatment of a single ailment.
Body & Beyond Health Fair
Each spring, the NEOMED American Medical Student Association (AMSA) and the Student College of Clinical Pharmacy (SCCP) host the Body and Beyond Health Fair at NEOMED. The fair, which is open to the public (Northeast Ohio surrounding communities), provides health screenings and prevention education relating to important issues, including heart disease, diabetes, cancer, mental health, nutrition and exercise and smoking cessation. In the spring of 2017, the fair had over 50 informational booths, including NEOMED student organizations, local hospitals and businesses.
Ferrell-Whited Physical Therapy Services
This outpatient physical therapy clinic provides one-on-one patient care for people of all ages. Highly skilled and licensed physical therapy specialists are dedicated to getting you back to doing what you do well.
The offices offers specialized therapy services, including:
- Aquatic therapy
- Sports medicine rehab
- Cupping therapy
- Dry needling

Student Run Free Clinic
NEOMED operated student-run health clinic that provides high quality, non-emergent, no-cost health care to the medically underserved residents of Northeast Ohio.
The free clinic is run by a dedicated group of NEOMED medicine and pharmacy students and is overseen by an experienced family physician.
We are open every Saturday.
We are not accepting walk-ins at this time, appointments only.
We are serving patients through both telemedicine and in-person visits at this time
