NEOMED supports medical education and provides a variety of camps, programs and educational experiences that expose participants to careers in medicine, pharmacy and other careers in health care and the health sciences. These experiences provide high school students and others the opportunity to make a difference in the health and wellness of their communities.
From anatomy lectures and group discussions to dissections and lessons in how to suture (stitch), NEOMED Anatomy Academy students have the chance to step into the shoes of a medical student.

Located on the NEOMED campus, this STEM+M high school is committed to helping the state of Ohio inspire and train the next generation of science and technology leaders.
This live Q&A competition tests high school students’ knowledge of the human brain including topics on intelligence, emotions, memory, brain diseases and other areas of neuroscience.
HealthSuccess is a highly selective enrichment program for ninth through eleventh grade students who are from groups underrepresented in medicine and pharmacy. The program was developed for those students who are specifically interested in medicine or pharmacy and allows them to learn about these fields early in their education. Students gain college readiness skills and medical school preparation through their participation in various activities and workshops.
This three-day, summer camp experience is open to rising ninth-grade students and provides “hands-on” experience in biomedical science workshops involving research, clinical problem-solving and an introduction to the fields of clinical medicine and pharmacy.
