Our campus dining options include The Bistro (temporarily closed)– three distinct dining concepts under one roof — and the NEW Center Coffee Shop featuring your favorite Starbucks beverage and Grab and Go lunch selection.

The Bistro

Located in the NEW Center atrium, The Bistro features made to order menu items using the freshest ingredients. There are three stations from which to choose – Rock-a-Noodle, Market Square and Garden Root (temporarily closed) – and Grab & Go selections are available.
