Refunds & Returns

Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any products, we will gladly replace it or refund the purchase price of the item per the terms below:

In-Store Purchases

Refunds are issued at the service counter. Refunds will not be given without a cash register receipt and a valid ID.

Course Materials: Full refunds will be allowed on new textbooks, with a sales receipt. Due to publisher policies, full refunds will not be given on opened, shrink-wrapped textbooks.  Full refunds will be made on new textbooks, with a valid sales receipt, in accordance to the following schedule: Within seven (7) days from the start of the class.

General Merchandise: Refunds on purchases other than textbooks will be allowed for fourteen (14) days from the date of the purchase as shown on the cash register receipt. The merchandise must be in new and resalable condition. Items must be intact within the original packaging provided at the time of the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Batteries (unless package is unopened);calculators; clothing that has been worn or stained; final sale or clearance items; food and beverages; gift cards; health and beauty aids; special order merchandise; trade books; reference books; flash drives, newspapers.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued according to the method of payment:

  • Cash: Cash Refund
  • Check: Cash refund three (3) business days after the date of purchase.
  • Credit Card: If payment was made using a credit card, the same credit card must be used for the refund. For security reasons, credit card numbers do not appear on the sales receipt; therefore, you must bring the original debit/credit card in order to receive the refund; otherwise, a bookstore gift card will be issued in its place.
