Global Friendship Initiative
The Global Friendship Initiative connects members of the NEOMED community to our international students and scholars. Through the initiative, participants have the opportunity to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds and help them experience the best Northeast Ohio has to offer.
What Is It?
The Global Friendship Initiative pairs international visitors with NEOMED faculty, staff members and students, along with their families, for exchanging culture in a unique and fulfilling way.
How Does It Work?
NEOMED community members and international students and scholars build relationships with each other through spending time together as often as mutually desired throughout the academic year.
How Can I Get Involved?
If you are interested in participating, you can fill out an application at any time throughout the year. The Office of Global Engagement will then begin the matching process for a chance to build bridges and relationships that can last a lifetime.
